Managing your Availability
MANAGE AVAILABILITY
To begin scheduling your meetings, set your availability. To do this, click on Delegate Profile, and then on Manage My Availability. The chart on the left will display a list of available times for one-on-one meetings, in chronological order. Keep scrolling down to view the next day of the meeting.
NOTE: The scheduling of one-on-one meetings will be done automatically through our website software. Click here to view more detailed meeting scheduling instructions. Any delegate may request a meeting with another company, and when both parties agree to the meeting, the software will find the first available time for all parties involved, and will schedule the meeting. The My Availability page, tells the computer when you are available to have these meetings scheduled for you.
- Check each box under the column "Available" to signify that you are available for meetings. Leave blank the time slots in which you do not want meetings to be scheduled for you. For example, if you would like to see a particular company presentation, you should leave blank the box next to the time slot when the company will be presenting.
- You can use the buttons at the bottom of the page to save, delete or change your selections at anytime.
- Once you begin to accept and schedule meetings, the name of the company you are meeting with will be displayed in the appropriate time slot in the chart on the right of this page (once the meeting has been agreed to by both parties, and scheduled). Additionally, by clicking on the company name, you can view the time, location and participants (from your company) of the meeting.
- You should check back here often for updates to your one-on-one meeting schedule.
