Completing your Company Profile

COMPANY PROFILE: It is important that you have the most updated data on your company, so that other attendees browsing the website know what you are about and what you have to offer. This profile is usually one of the first things attendees will look at when deciding whether or not they would like to arrange a meeting with you.

• If you, or a representative from your company attended a conference since 2002, your company profile has been saved, and you may import the data and use it for this meeting by clicking Company Profile, then Import Company Profile. Your profile can only be imported if you selected your company name when registering. Should you want to make changes to your profile, you can go to Company Profile, and click on Edit Company Profile. Save your changes when you are finished. You may view the way others will see your profile by clicking on View Company Profile from the Company Profile menu.
• If your company profile does not appear under View Company Profile, click on Edit Company Profile to enter new data. Save your data when finished.
