A limited number of rooms have been held at the conference rate of $280 per/night rate is quoted exclusive of applicable taxes (currently 14.75% plus $3.50 per room) rooms are issued on a first come first served basis until March 8, 2011, or until they sell out. The last day to cancel your registration for a refund, minus a $300 processing fee, is February 25. After that, you may send another delegate from your company.
